• Spacers for reactors
  • Terminal blocks
  • Beads for heating elements
  • Cordierite insulators
  • Bushing for small oil-immersed transformers

It is widely used for manufacture of dielectric, semiconductor, piezoelectric, magnetic and ceramic-metal products.

In some cases, ceramic, mainly electroporcelain goods are glazed, which reduces the possibility of contamination, improves electrical and mechanical properties, as well as the appearance of the product.

Electrotechnical porcelain

The basic ceramic material, which is used for manufacture of low-voltage and high-voltage insulators and other insulating elements with operating voltage up to 1150 kV AC and up to 1500 kV DC, is resistant to leakage current, non-flammable, and completely resistant to temperatures up to 1000 ° C.

It is used for manufacturing of cartridges and sockets for the lighting industry, housing cover of high-voltage insulators, insulators for power and electrical engineering, as well as in electrothermics for production of terminal blocks, and many other goods.

Ultraporcelain

It is produced in accordance with GOST (National Stat Standard) 20419-83 "Electrical Ceramic. Classification and technical requirements ", group 700, subgroup 780.

Ultraporcelain products are used:
- in radio and electrical engineering, as a material suitable for the manufacture of installation products and low-value capacitors.

Cordierite ceramics

We make products for equipment of high and low voltages. Cordierite grade K-2 groups II, III is used for production of insulators for interruption chambers, magnetic switches, contactors, controllers, rheostats, electric furnaces and other electric heating appliances which work at DC and AC of up to 50 Hz and 60 Hz.

Nominal operating voltage of low voltage insulators is less than 500 V, of high voltage ones is less than 10 kV.

It is used at ambient temperature from minus 50 to plus 800 ° C, relative air humidity of 80% at a temperature of 20 + 5 ° C; ambient temperature plus 1100 ° C.

Steatite ceramics

Steatite ceramic goods and materials used as insulators in high-voltage and high-frequency engineering are made on the basis of the steatite mineral (a kind of talc). SC is characterized by considerable strength in static bending - up to 190 Mn / m2 (1900 kgf / cm2), the dielectric constant is in the range 5.5-7, dielectric loss (at a frequency of 1 MHz and 20 ° C) (3 25) 4.10

Main areas of application of our products are mechanical engineering, chemical and electroheat industries, sanitary and medical equipment.

It is produced in accordance with GOST (National State Standard) 20419-83 "Electrical Ceramics. Classification and technical requirements ", group 200, subgroups 210, 220, 220.1.
